Warranty and Returns


The product warranty provided by José María Trigueros and Sons, Ltd. (Cafescaballoblanco.com) is provided under the Law of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods 23/2003 of July 10. Subject to the arrangements described above and sanitation even if full compliance of the good, the customer may cancel your order and return within seven (7) calendar days such as indicated by the Returns section listed below.


Returns: (DISMISSED / unilateral revocation of the requested order):

Upon receipt of the product has fourteen (14) calendar days to return previously notifying Jose Maria Trigueros and Sons, Ltd. We are not responsible for any products received without having previously managed the return.

The customer shall bear the cost of return shipping and entitled to payment of product price would have paid.

The product must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging with manuals and accessories supplied. Upon receipt of the return and after verification of their status, the amount of product will be refunded.
